Bookkeeper Job Duties:

  • Full Range of Bookkeeping activities 
  • Accounts Receivable: invoices, statements, collections 
  • Accounts Payable: verify bills, payments 
  • Accounts Reconciliations 
  • Maintain chart of accounts 
  • Prepare balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports. 
  • Record cash and credit card receipts, make bank deposits, petty cash 
  • Maintain an orderly accounting filing system 
  • Maintain employee files 
  • Maintain employee benefits programs 
  • Processes payroll in a timely manner (check time sheets, submit payroll via processing company) 
  • Record all customer interactions in CRM system 
  • Work collaboratively with employees to obtain necessary information 
  • Provide reports and analysis to the management 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting OR at least 3 years of Bookkeeping / Accounting experience 
  • Exceptional communication skills, friendliness 
  • Basic Human Resources Management Skills (willing to learn) 
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel (pivot tables), Word, Outlook 
  • Ability to manage projects and meet deadlines 
  • Team and independent work under tight deadlines

Sales Assistant

The Sales Assistant will work side-by-side our Territory Sales Managers to help maintain current business, as well as expand with new and existing customers.

Sales Assistant Job Duties:

  • Provide exceptional customer support over the phone and through email • Record all customer interactions in CRM system
  • Coordinate mass customer mailings of any marketing materials • Plan tradeshows and keep up- to-date with memberships
  • Manage Company’s Social Media pages
  • Accounts Receivables: entering payments into QuickBooks, tracking payments, collection calls
  • Prepare various sales reports at Sales Manager’s request
  • Assist Sales team with marketing material distribution
  • Work collaboratively with sales team to process sales orders and estimates
  • Collaborate with order fulfilment team to ensure that orders are shipped in a timely manner, notify sales team and customers when delays occur
  • Accept and direct all incoming calls
  • Organize and maintain company databases
  • Check credit references and set-up new customers in QuickBooks and Zoho CRM systems
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team
  • Create and maintain customer files
  • Applicants may also be required to travel up to four tradeshows per year
  • Office Management activities

Territory Sales Manager Job Duties:

  • Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential customers
  • Focus sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers and other customer types
  • Submit orders by referring to price lists and product literature
  • Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as call and meeting reports, weekly work plans and reports, and monthly and annual territory analyses, thorough submission of activities in existing CRM system
