The Procurement & Purchasing Specialist will work in collaboration with Territory Sales Managers and Warehouse Team to maintain inventory stock levels needed. Procurement & Purchasing Specialist Job Duties:

  • Receive, review and process requisitions for goods or services 
  • Prepare and issue purchase orders and follow up with the vendors 
  • Expedite orders and requests as needed 
  • Constantly communicate with UBC Group manufacturing facilities in Ukraine as well as other vendors located worldwide 
  • Find discrepancies and resolves issues within the order process 
  • Report to CEO 
  • Prepare analysis reports regularly 
  • Log activities into CRM System 
  • Perform ongoing document and procedures maintenance as required 
  • Successfully handle most non-routine issues (or assigned projects), escalate issues that cannot be resolved to management 
  • Require minimal supervision to manage daily activities and is able to meet published deadlines 
  • Ensure all work is performed in accordance with targets 
  • Recognize and communicate potential issues to management as appropriate 
  • Other duties as assigned by management 

 Minimum Requirements:

  • Excellent English skills AND Fluent Russian OR Ukrainian 
  • Able to start at 7:00am due to time differences with our vendors 
  • Exceptional communication skills 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (especially Excel – pivot tables) 
  • Ability to manage projects and meet deadlines 
  • Team and independent work under tight deadlines 

 Preferred Applicants Possess:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or similar or Graduating 
  • Procurement and/or Purchasing Experience 
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks and CRM programs

Bookkeeper Job Duties:

  • Full Range of Bookkeeping activities 
  • Accounts Receivable: invoices, statements, collections

  • Prepare balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.

Territory Sales Manager Job Duties:
